When you enter Soigné , the first impression you get is “modern.” The atmosphere and everything you see visually feels like you are looking at modern art.

1. Appetizer

Thin fries were served first. The appetizer, which looked like both a cookie and a batter, was slightly seasoned and delicious.

2. Fried octupus, crunch vegetable

As soon as the second appetizer came out, exclamations came out. As i looked at the two plates that seemed to have been copied from nature, it was difficult for me to put the food in my mouth.

3. Bread and butter

The bread was freshly baked from a famous bakery next door and served with homemade butter. The texture of the bread was still chewy, and eating it with butter made me extremely satisfying.

3. Soup

The soup that came out right away was very healthy and I ate it after the bread, which eased my guilt.

4. Fish Ceviche Asparagus

The sour sauce of the ceviche was perfect to whet the appetite. The fish was fresh and quite thick. The asparagus had a firm texture, so I enjoyed being able to feel the freshness of the vegetable.

I think it was a prelude to maximizing the taste of rosemary ice cream and passion fruit. The f

The fish steak was grilled with crumbs on top and served with a creamy sauce. It was visually pretty and the taste was even richer.

6.Tenderloin Steak

The sauce had a mysterious yet delicious taste that seemed to be a mixture of East and West. The steak was delicious, slightly crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside.

6. Dessert : Icecream

The bright yellow color of the dessert contrasted with the bowl enhanced the enjoyment to the eyes. The taste was refreshing and made me feel good.

7. Tea/Coffe

The petit dessert that can be enjoyed with coffee also went well with the plate plating
